Gecen ay Seattle’da konser veren Kargo grubundan tanıdığımız Koray Candemir ve Serkan Çeliköz, 10 Nisan konserinin büyük başarısı sonucu Seattle’ın efsanevi rock bar’ı “The Crocodile”da 16 Mayıs Cumartesi gecesi ikinci konserlerini vermek uzere sahne alacak… Dünyaca ünlü, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains ve REM gibi grupların çalıp ünlü oldukları ve yakın zamanda tamamen yenilenmiş olan bu mekanda cok daha guzel bir maSKott konseri bizleri bekliyor! Boyle bir mekanda bir Turk grubunun da sahne almasi bizim icin ayri bir gurur kaynagi tabi ki. Ilk konserde Turkler kadar Amerika'li dinleyicilerin de katiliminin cok oldugu dikkatlerden kacmadi. TACAWA olarak bu organizasyonu Turk rock muzigini bu kitada tanitmak ve Turk-Amerikan dostlugunu pekistirmek icin guzel bir firsat oldugunu dusunuyoruz. Kargo’nun hit şarkılarının yanı sıra, popüler Türkçe şarkıların coverlarıni da calacak olan maSKott grubu yeni sarkilarinin da ipuclarini verecek.

Grubun ilk konserdeki başarısi kuşkusuz hepimizin katılımı ve desteği ile gerçekleşti. 10 Nisan Cuma gecesi, Studio Seven’da gerceklesen ilk konserin tadı hala damağınızdaysa ya da "kaçırdık" diye üzülüyorsanız, çok daha keyifli bir konser için Seattle'in tartışmasız en iyi rock mekani ‘The Crocodile’da bulusalim!

Koray Candemir, the lead singer and Serkan Çeliköz, the keyboard player of Kargo continue their music career with their brand new duo-band, maSKott! They are currently in Seattle working on their new projects and have plans to release a single and an album soon. Breaking the music scene with maSKott, Koray and Serkan is currently touring various cities in USA meeting with their Turkish fans and introducing their unique sound to the US audience for the first time! Their Apr10 show in Studio7 in Seattle turned out to be a big success! Nearly 500 people attended this sold-out, first-ever appearance in US! It was the surprise of the night to see American audience enjoying the show as much as Turkish people. As a result of this success, Seattle's premier Rock venue, the legendary 'Crocodile Cafe' opened it's doors to us to play there on May 16th! The brand new band, maSKott from Turkey will now take the stage in a venue that bands like Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, REM played and became famous! They will be playing their most popular songs from Kargo as well as some of their brand new songs to give hints of their new sound! Bryan Lash (drums) and Ruchan Uner (bass) will accompany maSKott on stage.
