By becoming a TACAWA member, you will not only support a non-profit organization that’s dedicated to enhancing awareness of the Turkish culture, art and heritage within Washington state, but you will also enjoy many member-only benefits and discounts. TACAWA is a IRS 501(c)(3) certified non-profit organization, so your membership fee is tax deductible in the US.

How do I become a member?

• Alternatively, you can still make your payment with a check, although we strongly encourage you give online payment option above a try! If you still would like to send a check instead, please print and fill out the Membership Form , and mail it to the following address, together with your payment:

TACAWA Membership Options & Benefits

We have recently switched to "annual dues" system, where your payment covers your membership for that calendar year. All members are expected to renew their membership by January 31st. Any membership dues received after September 1st will automatically cover your membership until the end of the following calendar year.

We know that there are many people that became TACAWA members over the summer. To be fair to those members, we will retroactively consider ANY membership dues paid after June 1st 2009 to be valid until the end of 2010. This is a onetime only exception, and starting next year our cutoff date for membership will be September 1st.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
Annual Fee: $25
• Discount in every TACAWA event/activity (15% or more) – No discount to family members

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
Annual Fee: $15
• Discount in every TACAWA event/activity (15% or more)
• Requires proof of current active student status (Photocopy of Student ID or Transcript)

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Annual Fee: $45
• Discount in every TACAWA event/activity for all immediate family members (15% or more)

SILVER MEMBERSHIP
Annual Fee: $100
• All Family Membership Benefits PLUS
• 1 FREE TACAWA or TurkFest T-shirt

GOLD MEMBERSHIP
Annual Fee: $250
• All Family Membership Benefits PLUS
• Recognition in TACAWA publications
• 2 FREE TACAWA or TurkFest T-shirts

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
Annual Fee: $500
• Discount in every TACAWA event/activity for all immediate family members (15% or more)
