TACAWA Volunteers Begin Organizing Events

Thank you to all who attended our first TACAWA Volunteers Meeting for a very productive brainstorming session! Among the many ideas which came forth at the meeting were forming a committee to host a TACAWA New Year’s Ball, organizing a Turkish/Mediterranean food festival, hosting a Turkish cultural hour on local radio stations, and organzing Turkish cultural evenings for children so that parents can enjoy a night out on the town.
