Thank you to all who have offered to volunteer for TACAWA events! We will be holding our first meeting on Saturday\, April 24th at Cafe Paloma to discuss the launch of our first big umbrella project\, “Café Turkiye\,” which will be a diverse series of monthly roundtable events\, ranging from providing ebru and cooking classes\, organizing discussions with university professors\, and offering information sessions for members of our community interested in traveling to Turkey. The event will be entirely run by children\, and will feature the TACAWA Turkish Children's Choir\, TACAWA Children's Band\, Anadolu Youth Dancers\, and other youth performance groups from within the Seattle community.
